Great recipes, loved it
Every family has their own meatloaf recipe handed down through generations without any change. This book is great as there are so many meatloaf recipes that one just has to open the book and choose anyone for a different version. I found the recipes to be easy and clear to follow, even though I haven't tried all of them. A couple of the few that I did try, the seasonings had to be adjusted to the family's taste. On the whole a good book. I highly recommend it.
